About Lisa

Nero’s House is a private medical clinic located in Saskatoon and Regina and is owned by Nurse Practitioner Lisa Clark-Musschoot. Lisa is an expert in Chronic Disease Management and passionate about ADHD awareness.

Lisa is a CADDRA member and is trained in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of ADHD in children, adolescents, and adults.

At Nero's House,

● Perform minor office procedures such as Pap tests, ear irrigation, sutures, etc.

● Manage pre-and postnatal care and well-baby visits

Primary Health Care Services | Nurse Practitioner Consultation

This service is for patients of ALL AGES requiring routine medical care. For patients experiencing new symptoms and those with preexisting conditions.

Follow Up Care

Follow up care appointments include reviewing results, prescription renewals. Following up on previously diagnosed symptoms.

Episodic Care

30-minute appointments for a single health issue (i.e. Sore throat, urinary tract infection, fever), or prescription refills of chronic medication. (we do not refill controlled substances, such as morphine, Dilaudid and lorazepam).

Women’s Health Care Services

Girls and women’s health care through the life span. Includes pap tests, perimenopause/ menopause care and contraception counselling.

Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments for ALL AGES

Assessments for children/adolescents and adults experiencing emotional and behavioural problems.

Attention-Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Assessments

This service is for patients of ALL AGES and conducted by the nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner has acquired extensive training in the assessment of ADHD. Her training includes the skills to recognize co-occurring conditions such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and addictions. Complex mental health conditions such bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and psychosis will require a referral to a psychiatrist.

Medication Consultations

This appointment is for patients already prescribed ADHD and psychiatric medications or those patients already diagnosed, requesting a deeper understanding of their medications and pharmacological options. A copy of your psychological report or physician consultation notes is required. A primary care provider may need to resume your prescriptions and treatment plan.

● Nero’s House is not a walk-in clinic.
● Book your appointment online (preferred) or by phone if you need assistance.
● We offer in-person and virtual appointments.
● Appointment service fees are charged to the patient.
● Please check your insurance for coverage.
● We do not offer third-party billing.
● There is a fee for missed appointments.

PAYMENT FAQ'S

Nero’s House is a private medical clinic, this means that services are NOT covered under the provincial health plan. Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

Nurse Practitioner’s in Saskatchewan are recognized and approved by the Canada Revenue Agency as “authorized medical practitioners for the purposes of the medical expense tax credit”.

Nurse Practitioner services are covered by employee health spending accounts (HSA), and some employee private healthcare insurance companies. It is YOUR responsibility to verify your coverage PRIOR to booking and receiving your service. We do not provide direct billing to private health insurance companies.

SGI, WCB and the CRA have approved Nurse Practitioner services and will reimburse our fees. In order to avoid any surprises, it is your responsibility to verify this.

Nero’s House uses the SQUARE payment processor. We accept CASH, e-transfer and debit cards. We accept most credit cards. There will be a 2.9 % fee added as a service fee for the use of a credit card.
